Summary: We're in search of a Marketing Associate to collaborate closely with Event Marketing, providing support with marketing initiatives and event management. The ideal candidate will exhibit proactivity, exceptional organization, and enthusiasm, alongside strong communication skills. A positive "can-do" attitude is indispensable. This entry-level role presents a fantastic chance for individuals keen on delving into event marketing. Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify professional cyber security and business leadership organizations & associations, chambers of commerce, cyber & tech Meetup Groups, LinkedIn Groups and Media outlets. Build and forge relationships with these organizations and associations to ensure their members’ attendance at the Cyber Security Summits and TECHEXPO hiring events resulting in increased event registrations. Provide support and coordination by sending marketing deliverables to partners. Review and vet attendee lists for events, ensuring alignment with target audience demographics Collaborate with internal team on event preparation and onsite event production including but are not limited to setting up the ballroom / exhibit area for the sponsors, assisting clients with setting up their booth spaces, assisting in the registration process of delegates as they arrive, making announcements during the event, assisting with speaker set-up prior to them stepping on stage, setting up any signage & backdrops of our company. Travel to multiple events throughout the year as directed and assist with pre-event preparation includes assisting with packing, shipping and ordering supplies used for events. Qualifications: Strong communications and follow-up skills are essential Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital for effective face-to-face interaction at conferences and events organized by the company. Demonstrated proficiency in research, communication, and organization is essential. Willingness and ability to travel to attend in-person events Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology. Job Information (NYC) For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000 to $55,000, which does not include other compensation benefits package.
